i am black but light skined.the skin at my back is discoloured a bit.its only my back.my dad and two other sisters also have it at their back.its been there since adolescenco and we are all in our 20s.it doesnt itch or any thing.i have used Palmers milk fade for sometime but it doesnt change anything.my sister has also got those dark/black spots on her face since infancy and its now spreading all over her and she says they itch at times.anyone know anything not very expensive we can use?

No one, not even a doctor, can tell you what to use without seeing the areas. The only sure way of having a successful treatment is to see a dermatologist. Anything else is hit or miss and a matter of throwing your money away on hundreds of products that might not work. Please make an appointment with a dermatologist and get something that will work.
