Question: What kind of medicine can i take to calm my nerves?
When ever i give a speech i get really bad anxiety. I guess that's what i'm afraid of feeling anxious lol. Is there a medicine a doctor can give me or i can buy before i give my speech?

A lot of people suffer from this type of anxiety & you can get medication from your doctor to help with it. I think there may even be medication you can buy over the counter in the chemist which can help too. Just ask one of the staff that work in there. Or ask to speak to the pharmacist. Help is definitely available!
