Your BP may fall, there could be blooding from mucous membrane e.g nose, mouth, gastrointestinal bleeding . A thrombus can get dislodged.
Post operatively there can be bleeding or during surgery.
Patient with DVT can develop complications and should take care during flying.
There are many more, but it depends on drug, and pathological state of the patient.
