I need to know things to eat with IBS .?

The more information I get on IBS would really help. I am having a time with this.

I also have IBD and i hope i can be any help to you.

Well my doctor tells me to eat everything and make a note of it. Whenever you feel something has worsened your symptoms stop eating that.

But in general avoid eating too much of roughage and dairy products.
