Rash on Penis?!

Rash on Penis?
I have this rash on my penis and I am wondering what it probably is? I am guessing it is not herpes since it is not sores and has not blistered or opened like herpes. I did notice last time my girlfriend and I had sex it smelt different. Kinda strong. Could she have had a yeast infection and I got that? If it is not sores or blisters and most of the rash went away, what would it be most likely?
It doesn't really itch or hurt, it's just a red rash. Only on my foreskin and a bit on the head.
Help!! I'm freaking out.

Sounds like it could be thrush(yeast infection) you both need to be treated to stop cross infection,it's something you can get treated via Pharmacy/Chemist tho if concerned seek medical diagnosis as we can only speculate. cheers ♥
