Question: Questions on Stretch Marks?
Im 13 years old, 14 in April, and have been working out this Year (2011). Im 5'9 male and weigh 140. I weighed 125 in Jan. when I first started weightlifting. I haven't tryed doing weight I know thats too much for me. Im gaining stretch marks on my right side on my rib cage area, and there is some forming on my abs. Any remedies, medicines, or reasons why?

Answers:

Buy some vitamin E.
You can get it at any pharmacy. It's really cheap.
Get about 3 of them out. Use something sharp to puncture the gel coating. Squeeze the vitamin E on the whole effected area. Massage it for a few minutes. Leave it on for about an hour. Remove with a warm cloth. (Don't use soap, unless you're showering.. Go ahead)

Other benefits of vitamin E on the skin..
* Helps to remove wrinkles
* Moisturizes
* Generally makes your face more look and feel more youthful

Be careful with the vitamin E on your body.. If you get it on your pillow case or something you'll have to wash it. Possibly twice. It won't be sticky or anything.. But it will leave a dark spot.
