Question: Always out of breath??? need some advice!?

So 2 years ago i was so out of breath i couldnt take it so i went to a clinic and they did lung x rays heart exam and they determined i had a very small percent of asthma. they gave me an inhaler and that was that. since then i lost my inhaler and ive been fine up until now. I always feel out of breath its deep breath after deep breath and its never deep enough!!!! and when i breathe too much i get light headed!! nd i also have major anxiety !! do you think i should go to the clinic and get an inhaler again , or should i have test done because the asthma might have increased. Im 17 my dad is a smoker , ive only smoked like 20 cigs in my life and i dont drink. HELP!

Smoking cigs is a BIG nono when u have asthma it can increase the asthma dramatically and YES you need to carry an inhaler with you AT ALL TIMES!
And try to avoid smoking and the second hand smoke bc it can cause your asthma to increase to a serious level

Asthma all my life

I have asthma, and I can say DON'T SMOKE. I've never been a smoker, but just walking by a smoking person makes me cough. Smoke really screws with your lungs. Get your rescue inhaler prescription renewed, and ask your doctor if you can get a daily inhaler that will reduce your risk of attack 24/7. I take Qvar twice a day, it really helps. There are plenty of other brands of daily inhalers too. Hope this helped!
