Answers:

some used BArbiturates in treating insomnia.
some used the Z-DRUGS (causes "zzzzz" that's why it was called by that name. Z-drugs are the foolwing:
1st - Sonata pills used for waking up in the morning and experienced difficulty falling back to sleep again.
2nd - Lunesta pills
3rd - Ambien pills
consult first your doctor / pharmacist before buying these drugs. according to researches, this drugs causes parasomnia (eerie sleep behaviors) such as sexomania, sleep eating and sleepwalking.

Alcohol & vicodin, I take the highest one, my bf used to play football & had some knee surgery, so I get them from him, he doesn't need them really. But if someone wakes you up like a few hours later, you won't be able to get back to sleep & if you try to take another one, you'll get really sick, & keep throwing up for like the whole day. I've tried everything. Vicodin is not the best though, you just feel out of it like you're on a cloud for like 10 min, then you fall asleep. I'd try percocet though if you can or morphine. Vicodin is just like tylenol ppl make too much of it

Can't get sleep

I had a similar problem and I'll be 100% honest. What helped me was listening to Mozart and Beethoven. I kid you not.
