seborrheic dermatitis on face?!
Question: Seborrheic dermatitis on face?
Hi i have seborrhea dermatitis on face since my puberty
currently im on doxycycline for my cystic acne , and i use hydro cortisone for any outbreaks of seborrhea dermatitis .
i do know it's not advisable to use steroid creams regularly for a long period of time , or so i've heard
i am also currently using oxy facial wash to clean my face regularly to reduce the acne outbreak , when it comes to seborrheic dermatitis , it only seems to have limited effects in reducing the impact and hasten the recovery but it is not enough alone , often i have to use hydrocortisone before any significant recovery occurs . It does however appears to reduce the number of outbreaks though . i do not know whether it is the regular facial wash ( approx 3 a day ) or doxycycline thats reduce the frequency of outbreak though
is there anything i could do to further improve my seborrheic dermatitis ? either in prevention or aiding the recovery of the seborrheic dermatitis outbreak ?
