Question: Recently using a sauna is causing my facial skin to react and go very red. Why?
This seems almost like an allergic reaction. Cycling home from the Health club afterwards probably doesn't help. Has anybody experienced similar reaction and what did they do to help, other than not use said area.

It happened to me the first and only time I used a sauna. Have you got fair skin? i have, and it took hours for the redness to go.
Didn't bother to go again.
