Question: Swollen down there..?
I woke up this morning and noticed the lips of my vagina were very red and very swollen, didn't really feel itchy as much as irritated and hurt a little. I didn't have sex last night. I had been on a plane, and connection, for about 11 hr. But woke up like this in the hotel the next morning. noticed a liquid type of discharge not like normal but like water soaked through my underwear. what is this?

Probably some sort of a yeast infection. Stop by the drug store and check around the feminine hygiene product section. The CVS brand is fairly good and cheap (i think 25$ or so). Comes with internal insertion tablet and external disinfectant lotion.
If you apply it and the swelling doesn't subside within a few days, go to see your GYN immediately. Could be a more serious viral infection and you don't really want to take chances down there.
