Answers:

I have a great book that helped me alot with my acne problems.

For a pimple that you feel forming, you can ice it for 15 minutes on and off (its always works for me), or you can put a dab of clay face mask on it for half an hour or overnight.
For the tight and white acne apply neosporin to it before you go to bed, this should soften it up. An alum block has many uses, dampen it and rub it on a whitehead and by morning it should be gone, and for pimples rub it twice a day. It also works as a deoderant and stops small cuts from bleeding.

For sensitive skin, avoid the products that have lanolin, mint menthol, camphor, enzymes, and alpha hydroxy acid. These can irritate your skin. Also stay away from heavy fragranced lotions, and essential oils (though they are natural they can still irritate your skin).

Good luck!
