How To Lighten Dark Skin....?

I have light skin, usually I get really tan but I seem to have dark greyish almost rough skin on my inner thighs and under my arms. Shaving my under arms makes it worse. Please tell me how can I get rid of this problem please I've been suffering with this since I was 10.

I am suffering the same problem as u too...

For my underarms, i have been using whitening anti deodorant for a month, though the dark patches cannot be fully clear, but the colour get lighter. Try not to shave anymore, i heard shaving makes it worse.

Now i am trying whitening lotion on my inner thigh hope it helps too...

if anyone out there with a better solution pls help too,, it has been bothering me for a few years too...
