Need help asap-for my baby?

Would soured raisins make you throw up without fever like most food poisoning? we think she might have gotten some old raisins from a box in our fridge, now she's vomitting, but has no fever or any other symptoms of food poisoning or sickness. It's the only thing in her vomit that no one in our house actually gave to her. so she had to have gotten them herself when my other kids had the fridge open. please someone with experience in nursing or medical feild answer. no smart alec answers from others who don't have a clue please. I don't want to waste my time reading them if they aren't serious answers.

sorry, she's 2, she started vomitting around 9:30 pm cst, everything she ate is out now, but she's still wretching every once in a while. But she's also trying to sleep. now the only thing thyat comes out is what looks like mucus but thinner and it's not every time she wretches. the reason i haven't taken her to the dr yet is b/c she has no other symptoms and she would have to wait for several hrs b/4 even seeing a nurse much less a dr. it's a community hosp er.

Sour raisens should do no more than make her throw up. You didn't say how old the baby is.

Watch her closely, if she continues to vomit or starts vomiting bile, you will want to get medical help.

Otherwise, if she just vomits once or twice, it will be okay once she gets it out of her system.
