Question: Sick today. When did I catch cold?
Feeling like I've come down with a flu this morning. Sore muscles, weak, achy, nausia, chills. When did I probably catch whatever it is that I'm feeling? I know symptoms don't manifest themselves right away, so, it had to be a day, a few days ago that I picked up something.
Also, are there any flu's going around that I should be concerned with? I live in Utah.

Maybe a couple weeks ago, but the only way to date exposure would be difficult to say the least. And, the flu is found nationwide at this time , so stay warm, try to maintain fluids and something for fever and achiness, and hopefully, you'll feel better in a day or so but full recovery may take a while.
