Question: Have I perforated my eardrum?
I can bearly hear out of my right ear and there's this ringing sound. It's really hurting. Have I perforated my eardrum or is it something else?

Sounds if you ear canal is blocked - if you have problems with hearing to need to let the doctor have a look at it. Only he will be able to say for definite what it is.
Most probably a build up of wax. see the Nurse at your Doctors. A quick squirt of stuff down there and it should clear.
