I am sick and doctors don't know what it is, has anyone had these symptoms?!

I am sick and doctors don't know what it is, has anyone had these symptoms?

I have had a migrane for two weeks, sensitivity to light and sound, ringing in my ears, constant nausea, vomiting, lightheadedness, fainting (3 times), trouble sleeping, trouble breathing, chest pains and chills.
They say that they don't know whether are the symptoms are migrane related, I've had 2 x rays of my head in 4 days and I just had a spinal tap in the emergency room tonight to make sure there is no blood in my brain fluid (I guess). I have been out of work for two weeks with this. I am asking because I am desperate. The doctors are getting no where and I am hoping that someone else has been through this same thing and received some answers. Please help if you can.

No pain medicine is working. All the pain is constant
