Question: I have Raynauds and a connective tissue disorder need advise?

All of the disorders that cause these types of symptoms are things that do not need emergency treatment, so waiting a little while to see the doctor won't create a risk. However, some possible causes like lupus cause damage when the symptoms flare up, so a person is better off in the long run by treating symptoms sooner than later with this type of condition. You didn't list some of the symptoms that would indicate lupus, so this might not be a concern.
There is a spectrum of connective tissue disorders that include Raynaud's syndrome and generalized pain. The blood work only confirms that there is inflammation. Chances are further investigation would determine if you have fibromyalgia, lupus, undifferentiated connective tissue disease, or some other type of problem. One thing for certain, is that you have inflammation and you can take over-the counter meds to reduce the pain.
The best thing you can do on your own is to take Aleve at least 2x per day (max dosage is 3x per day), and make sure you get daily exercise. Aleve reduces inflammation and may be taken with Tylenol to reduce pain as well. This combination is a little rough on the liver and kidneys when taken for an extended period, but it is generally not a problem for people that do not have existing kidney or liver problems. Ibuprofen can be substituted for Aleve, but it is harder on the stomach and it only lasts for 4 hours (Aleve lasts for 12 hrs). Stretching may also help.
Get yourself checked for lyme disease. Most people dont even know they have it when they do. They just go years being stumped about their symptoms and seeing doctor after doctor with no avail or diagnosis.
It is a FACT that lyme disaease can mimic just about ANY auto-immune disorder known to man kind. It can also mimic multiple sclerosis, ALS, mental disorders, parkinsons disorder, Alzheimers. ETC ETC ETC. you get the picture.
get yourself checked!!!! I suggest you see and LLMD, meaning a LYME LITERATE DOCTOR
