Urologist awful?
i went to a urologist today to have a cytoscophy done the doctor told me this was not a resturant and you just can't come in and get this done. i had initall y been by the office and told the receptionist i wanted to come in and get this done so she set me up to come in 2 wks. never telling me i needed to have been sent there, i was so distrot when i left there how dear he talk to me like this i told receptionist he was very nasty of course we know whose side she was on.i paid my copay and left i only had a urine sample done.

Well actually he was in the right, but he should have never have talked to you in that manner, he's a professional not a hostess, you need to go into a specialist for a consultation first before you have any procedure done. So what you actually were going in for was a consult, and you should have been made aware of this before hand.
