Rash on ribs wont go away, and doctors tell me its bug bites?

so i had a little rash on my ribs so i went to the doctors and the said it looked like ring worm...not a big surprise since i volunteer at the animal shelter and have a new little puppy at home. They told me to put antifungal cream on it like athletes foot meds, so i did for like 3 weeks and no change if anything its getting bigger...at the same time my puppy started getting bald spots all over her so i went to the vet and it turned out she had mites supposedly the ones that are transferable to humans....now shes on meds too. So here i am and my rash has now spread to my under arm and inner thigh...so i went to the hospital today and tell the doctor all of this and how the anti fungal cream isnt working and all...and she looks at it and says the rash on my ribs is a rash but my inner thigh looks like bug bites....even though anybody with common sense could put two and two together and tell u its not bites....so i tell her the other stuff isnt working and she says ok ill write u ...

a persription and she does......for the exact same thing i told her wasnt working for me at the same strength as i have....so my rash looks like poison oak but without the oozing and it does get dry and flaky and thats when it itches what should i do...i cant get another appointment for a week! any ideas what it could be

thanks so far i dont think its sun spots because its all under my clothes.....but i do get large falkes of skin on it like every day like the top layer of skin dies....i hope its nothing suggested so far

i think it might be scabies too
