Answers:
You sound young and inexperienced. Sex is not bad in any way shape or form as long as it is for your pleasure (as in you are not being abused or assaulted).
As someone above mentioned, watch hygene and sanitary issues, wash all hands, penis', and foreign objects inserted into the vagina or anus.
The only effect from having sex or masturbating to much is liking it and wanting it more, which is perfectly normal.
If your 'bad sex' issues are coming from religion or morality, that is something you can only answer for yourself. Christianity generally teaches abstinence til marriage, in which case ANY unmarital sexual relations is a sin. I am unfamilar with sexual issues in other religions.
I suggest if you have questions you find a source of education and an adult to talk to. Read books in the library, articles online, watch 'Talk Sex with Sue Johanson' on the oxygen channel (excellent show for sex ed). Find an adult to talk to. I say adult because they are more likly to give you accurate information than young friends who dont really know any more than you do.
