It hurts when I sweat?!
Question: It hurts when I sweat?
It feels like needles are going into my back and hands when I sweat in those areas. I'm 15 and under a great deal of stress if that helps.

I get this too sometimes--especially when I'm exercising. Although I feel it on my legs.
I think your skin may be dry--and when you sweat it gets irritated. Almost like a prickly feeling.
I've never found a way to avoid it but maybe try putting a really good moisturizing cream on those areas and see if that helps.
