well this has been happening from like 2 days, and i think it's related to the period or something i'm a 14 year old girl so yeah :'( just feel kinda scared dont wanna talk abt it to my mum she'll get worried please suggest me something

If you are having your period when this happens then yes that's very likely to be the cause.
One way to test the idea is if you use tampons then have one in and not too near time to change it.
Go to the toilet, leave the tampon in place.
Pass urine check for clots and if none you are probably confusing menstrual blood with blood in your urine which is very easy to do.
If you still notice blood even with doing the above you should get it checked out.
