weird feeling on my mole on one of my toes?!

so this past week I had a bad flu and feeling weak.. I had physical done yesterday and blood tests and everything came out to be fine..but last night I took a hot shower and i felt like a stingin pain on my mole on my toe its like under the toe like I had a splinter or step on a tiny piece of glass and I looked at it and nothing looks different than usual and I always had this mole since I was born... but then my whole left foot feels like tingly feelin and my other toes felt weird I have no clue..I'm pretty sure it might not be anything serious...when I touch it it doesn't hurt or doesn't even sore..but when I leave it alone I feel it just soring a bit it has no discolor or lump feeling...weird..can this happen cuz I'm not wearing good shoes? or I hit and I just don't remember or can this have something to do with the flu? I won't feel it sometimes when my mind is not on it if I were to play video games or whatnot...any suggestions? and plz no worst case scenarios right away if your not sure..
