My husband has genital warts. Does this mean that he cheated?
I have been married to my husband for 11 years and we dated for 3 years prior. He went to the doctor with warts on his penis approx. 4 years ago and received med. to remove them. He went on his own and swears that she didn't really think that it was an STD. And I didn't ask too many questions. They went away and recently came back again. And he got more med. and treated it again. But I am beginning to wonder if he cheated in our marriage. How long do genital warts take before showing up? Could they have waited 8 or 9 years? I have never had any on me. Can anyone explain this?
Answers:
Genital warts NEVER go away, ie- there is NO cure for HPV.
If you husband claims the "doctor" aka the woman that gave them to him, didn't think they were, then he's lying.
Flat out, the bastard cheated on you.
They come back every so often, due to what we call an outbreak.
YOU have gential warts as well, and you'll recieve symptoms one day too.
