Sun burn or sun poisoning?!

Sun burn or sun poisoning?
I do not no if I should go to the ER, I have serve swelling on my ankles, my legs are severly red and shiny and have very bad chills. I have been take asprin,cool showers and putting aloe on them. I do not know if it just a really bad sun burn or if it sun poisoning.

Use cool rags and wrap them before wrapping a second time add a baking soda paste to the burn - and let is harden- (baking soda and some water and make a thick paste)
rinse in cool water - take motrin for swelling -
if it's not better tomorrow go see your MD - I'd wrap them in cool wraps not just soak and elevate your legs -
