Answers:

I have high blood pressure......your new diet is the way to go. My blood pressure has been normal for 3 months now. Not sure if you know this but stress will help keep your pressure at a high level....so to keep it normal try and stay away from stress, continue to exercise and eat healthy. You should start seeing results within a few days. Also, purchase you a blood pressure machine so you can keep monitoring your presure. I purchased mines from WalMart I believe I paid about $30 for it. Good Luck to you.

Sorry, but it is impossible for me (or anyone else on Y!A) to possibly answer your question with any accuracy. We know nothing about your medical history, the source(s) of your HPB, and the vast majority of us here have never been to medical school.

For answers, you need to discuss this with someone who has an intimate understanding of you & your medical conditons. That would typically be your family doctor. Give him/her a call or visit. That's what they are paid for.

Best wishes it will contine to drop as you make these & other lifestyle changes.
