how come they do so many movies with so much unprotected sex with so many other female pornstars who have had tons of sexual partners and their genitalia still looks spotless?

Pornstars keep themselves in excellent sexual health as is their professional lives at stake both genders, they have regular check ups and very rarely contract sexual diseases.
