Question: What could these symptoms mean?
I know there is something seriously wrong with my health. I'm getting dizzy,extremly fatigue after eating to the point where I need to sleep. I'm constantly extremely thirsty and it is up and down. Usually after eating I get the symptoms. What could this be? I'm so worried.

see a doctor and get some rest drink some fluids and get some advil motrim or tylonol for temporary relief?
