Chest pain when breathing out. Help!?!

Question: Chest pain when breathing out. Help!?
I had chest pains 2 years ago but it comes suddenly and it takes a long time to occur but last week ago, my heart started to ache literally. I don't have any emotional problems or whatsoever okay. And I really don't do much at home. I don't exercise and I'm usually in bed or sitting down studying and watching. I do yoga but that's not considered as an exercise right? (but I will start exercising but everytime i do something, even if it's just something light, my heart hurts) I'm also a vegetarian.

I'll list the symptoms that I have in chronological order from last two weeks ago up to now:

-cold feet, hands (actually, I had this since I was in grade school. low blood circulation do you think? what should I also do?) *happens everyday
-insomnia. I only have 3 or 4 hours of sleep everyday or sometimes I don't sleep at all. I can't sleep and I don't know why even after a tiring day. *happens everyday
-blood in my nose (or maybe it's just too dry?) but it's not like a nosebleed. *happens constantly
-headache at a certain location. usually at the front of my head, in the right but close to the middle.

-then now, heart pains / chest pains. When I do something, like lie down on my bed, stand up and and sit down, my heart beat rises the beat that's almost equivalent to an average person running for 1 min. and then when I breath out, it hurts! even if it's just a little. I try to don't breath deeply because it hurts even more but either way, it hurts and this hurting takes about 10-15 seconds to stop.

Should I seek medical help? because I live in Calgary, AB Canada and they don't do full check up unless you're really hurt. Is this something not to be taken lightly? What do you think I should do and do you know what this is?

Answers:

No one can diagnose you over the internet, furthermore you didn't give us an age, weight, height or any indication of your family history, social history (do you smoke etc) or past medical history, so if you're looking for a doctor to miraculously appear over the internet to tell you what you have based on a poor list of symptoms and no personal background then you're as silly as most american tv shows make canadians out to be and ya might as well go to webmd and start worrying when you end up with heart cancer.

But, in the spirit of Answers, if I had a guess I'd say firstly you're probably anemic from the bad choice of diet (lucky animals, unlucky you). This can cause cold hands, cold feet, headaches, shortness of breath, fatigue, heart palpitations/pain, etc. Get an iron studies done (your doctor will know what that means)
Secondarily you sound like a person with mental issues who either isn't aware that they have mental issues or is too embarrassed to acknowledge them and it sounds like you have a lot of anxiety --> insomnia. The heart pains could be from panic attacks. Mental illness is a serious thing, you shouldnt let something like pride or shame get in the way of talking to someone.
There are a million other options that go along with these fairly random symptoms, but without a proper history I'm not going to waste my time guessing.
Go to your doctor. They won't mind.
