I usually go Indian style, really pack on the clothes double- or triple-layers(you wanna be red-hot), keep eating, and drinking well, and just sweat it out, also keep your clothes on in bed(and really sleep in the bed, not on top of the sheets).
Tomorrow, about 3 hours before you need to go, you take a hot-shower, put on your concert clothes, and you should be ready.
Most important thing to remember, heat kills the virus/bacteria.(you literally get a fever, because the virus/bacteria are trying to cool your body down, so your body fights to up the temp).
When i'm sick i eat heaps of fruit ,drink heaps of water , take medicine and lay down . Basically i just rest .
