There is no specific treatment for I. Mononucleosis or for asymptomatic Epstein Barr infections.
The treatment recommendations for I.M are rest, plenty of fluids and additional symptomatic treatment (treating whatever symptoms may appear.)

Mononucleosis can be treated best at home just by treating the symptoms and with plenty of rest in bed unless complications occur.
