I'm 22 years olds and the spots on my back are worsening each week, could t!

Question: I'm 22 years olds and the spots on my back are worsening each week, could this be the gym?
I go to the gym on average 4 times a week.

Recently i've developed red sore spots, some with heads on. They begin to worsen other time. For instance I have two new, extra, spots on my back this week. The spots begin a few weeks ago starting from the top of my back working its way down to my lower back. I feel this is linked with my gym workouts. Over time intensive & excessive training has develop some hormone may be consequently leading to spotty areas?

I haven't changed my washing powder & I shower regularly.

Any ideas?

Answers:

That should not be happening from the gym workouts. In fact, your skins hsould be in better shape from working out. Are you taking any supplements that may be causing this to happen? Many supplements have chemicals in them which negatively affect the body.

OR - if you are on your back lifting weights you may be picking up bacteria from other users. I would be sure to wear a full T-shirt and not a tank top.

Usually that's a stress thing, or you're eating something that's irritating your skin(to figure this out, try and notice what happens when you eat, if a food gives you a sore feeling around your eyes, if a food makes you feel bloated, things like that. If there's a food that does that, that's most likely the food giving you the spots).

Sometimes it's eggs(and they don't show a lot of symptoms when you eat 'em).

Lay off the 'roids, bro.
