Question: I have HPV. Is this possible?

My boyfriend just found out he has HPV and I might possibly have it too. We haven't been with anyone else well at least I know I haven't been with anyone but him my entire life. He did sleep with someone about a year ago before me. Is it possible that he could have gotten it from her and it just now pop up? Or is there any other way I could have gotten it besides sex?

If your boyfriend has HPV then most likely you have it too. It's very possible that your boyfriend could have had HPV before sleeping with you, and never got tested for it, and now that he recently got tested he found out he had HPV. Just go get tested for it as soon as you can, HPV in women can cause cervical cancer & genital warts for both men and women.
