Very mild rash on face? Help!?!

Question: Very mild rash on face? Help!?
Yesterday morning I was getting ready for school and I noticed I was starting to get a very mild rash. It feels slitghly bumpy or raised. It doesnt hurt or itch. Wherever it is on my face (one cheek and part of my forehead) the skin is a little more pink. When I run my finger across it it feels a little bumpy (very very tiny bumps) but it's not visibly bumpy. You CAN see very tiny bumps on my forehead where the rash is. The only thing that came in contact with my face was my facial cleanser, but I have been using that for months and this has never happened and the rash is only on one side of my face. Does anyone have any idea what it could be or how I should treat it?? Thank you!

Answers:

Hard to say, but it could be a mild eczema rash. It often is not visible or barely visible. However, it usually itches - but not always.

See if it turns red(ish) after it's wet. Eczema usually does.

If so, you may just use some extra moistuizer on those spots until the weather is not so dry and cold.
