How to use nasal spray for allergies?
I've got a bottle of flonase (fluticasone). Where in the my nose do i shoot and how far up?........Properly and therapeutically.
Save your breath if your answer will be "go to the doc". I dont want to hear it.

Put your 1st and 2nd finger on either side of the nozzle, and your thumb on the bottom of the bottle.Shake the bottle, stick the tapered thin part into your nostril upto the place where it flattens.As you inhale through your nose, squeeze the bottle together, and a mist should spray into your nose. If it's a new bottle, squeeze the first two times to clear out the air.
