I just found out that i have Genital Herpes a week and half ago. me and this guy i've been talkin to have had sex 2 times protected and 4 times unprotected and from what the doctor told me i had this before him i just didn't know it, they kept mistakin it for something else. we did it unprotected 2 times and then i had a outbreak 2 days later. i found out that i had it and i told him. i thought he was ok with it, but he thought i was playin. so it went away and we did it 2 more times unprotected about a day or two after it went away. During these 4 times unprotected could i have passed it on to him?

Well, whether you broke out or not, he has been exposed to the virus. You can still catch it when it is dormant. He may get lucky and not have it but his chances shot up 100% especially unprotected. He has to wait to be tested. He should get tested in a few weeks and then probably every 3-4 months after to make sure.
