Allergic to wheat...Can I still eat a product that says "made in facilities!

Question: Allergic to wheat...Can I still eat a product that says "made in facilities that processed wheat?"?
I have been gluten free for 3 days now and I am happy to say that after 7 years of chronic hives, I've finally found a solution. I just bought some gf products and noticed that it was processed with wheat. Should I throw the product away? My hives have decreased significantly, should I test the waters and see if it would effect me? What do you think and do you share a similar experience?

Answers:

Most products say that they were made in a factory that also makes wheat products so people allergic to wheat can know not to eat the item. Even though the product may say it does not contain gluten it may still have the smallest bit because other products with gluten were made in the factory. It really depends how allergic you are. Most people can stand it but if you're highly allergic than it may be a good idea to stray away from products that say that. If you're not sure how allergic you are then I would contact a doctor. I really hope this helped :)
