Answers:

As for the face i have two suggestions:
1. Amazing Cosemetics
2. Bare Escentuals

Amazing Cosemetics has a really powerful concealer. That stuff will cover tattoos. But you have to remember to wash your face every night to get rid of the make up off your face so it doesnt cause more blemishes. The concealer by itself is $40 but a LITTLE goes a LONG way. trust me!!! They also have a smaller tube of it that is $28. You can go to either Ulta, Sephora, or Nordstroms to purchase it. (or their own website). There starter kit is $57.

Bare Escentuals covers pretty well, not as well as Amazing Cosemetics, but it has an SPF 15 in it and it uses all natural minerals so it wont clog your pores and doesnt make you break out in blemishes. However, just to be on the safe side, you should still wash your face every night. The starter kit is $60 and they also have concealers that can be purchased separately. This can be purchased at Ulta, Sephora Nordstroms, Macy's or online as well.

For the scarring, i heard that Merderma works pretty well to reduce the appearance of scars.

You can also use concealer on your legs or arms when wearing shorts and a tank top. Or have you tried using the tan over time lotion, such as Jergens? I dont know if it will tan scars, but its worth a shot, right?

I hope some of this helps!
