I'm having difficulty breathing?!

Question: I'm having difficulty breathing?

I'm a 15 year old girl, not overweight. Randomly all day today I have been difficulty breathing. I'll like have to suck in a huge breath and sometimes yawn, but sometimes the yawn like doesn't go down all the way you know? And swallowing my spit is like hard too.. Its been happening like all day and it's scaring me.. Help please?
