what is the difference bet. virion and virus(viral genome)?!

Question: What is the difference bet. virion and virus(viral genome)?
Answers:

A virion is a virus particle, containing the viral DNA (or RNA). They are not usually contained within a cell (or some lipid-like) membrane substitute (when outside a cell).

The virus itself is more complex in its structure.

(Try comparing it to genome and fenotype!)
