Question: Red dry patch on side of neck?
I'm 13 and I have this red dry spot on my neck. I wouldn't say it is itchy, I just sometimes scratch it even though its not itchy at all. My friends keep on teasing me on how it looks like a hicky. When I touch it, it feels different than the rest of my skin, like dry. It looks like where you had a band aid on for a long time and you take it off. I asked my mom about it and she said she'll bring me to the doctors. Do you think its serious? Please help. Thank you.

I had the same problem! I think mine was from wearing too much costume jewelry and the metal would irritate my skin. But it could be a number of things. None serious though, so don't worry...maybe it's the detergent or fabric softener you use while doing laundry, too! As for your friends making fun of you for it, tell them to go screw themselves! And the next time one of them has a problem like yours, bash on THEM hardcore so they'll know how it feels! ;) Kind of kidding, but hey, if it works!!
