Do I have Heart Problems or what?!

Question: Do I have Heart Problems or what?
I am an 18 year old female. My bp is usually like 90/60 and my pulse is usually in the upper 90's. I feel like I can't get a deep breath or that I always have to yawn. Once in a while I will get this pain to the left of my sternum that feels like someone is grabbing my heart but not squeezing. I take long walks everyday with my dog but I don't get much exercise than that. I haven't any stress in my life. I am a vegetarian with a naturally low fat diet and I take a multi. My grandfather(80) has heart disease, diabetes, and a poor diet. My grandmother(75) has high blood pressure. My mother(49) has diabetes, high blood pressure, and a poor diet. My paternal grandparents and my father haven't anything that I know of. I was wondering what was going on. It feels like heart problems but I don't really know. Any Help?

Answers:

Being a vegetarian + heart disease and hypertension family history = a high risk of having a heart disease. Those symptoms might refer to your heart, but since you have that kind of a breathing problem, lungs should also be closed out. Visit a doctor, describe your symptoms and he/she will send you to tests he/she thinks is necessary (like a blood pressure test). Your heart rate is also pretty high, average being between 60-80 while resting, although heart rates between 80-100 can also be captured as normal resting rates.
