I always cross my legs really tightly. Really tightly. I don't know why it sort of feels good. I don't know why, but it just makes me comfortable. Then afterwards it's hard to walk because my legs feel all weird. My veins have become bluer than normal and my track coach says I walk with a limp. Help, please? And also can you develop clots and heart disease at any age?

Answers:

When you sit and cross legs so tightly, you get some pleasure out of it, probably you get excited and hence you sit like that.

When you hold your legs so tight the blood flow stops and the legs do not get blood and you feel numb, you cannot move and your vein become blue etc. So avoid sitting in that posture. It really affects you. Sit comfortably and relax. no tight positions. you will become OK. No blood clot. If any blood clot is present there, then you will not be able to move.
