I just started getting small dry patches of skin on my stomach area for the firs!

It could definently be Eczema. You should for sure go see a dermatologist and they will prescribe you an awesome cream called Triamcinolone (they should anyways). I'm pretty sure it is Eczema.

this could be so many different things. If you don't already moisturize daily I would start. If it doesn't go away I would try hydrocortizon cream(a topical steroid) or see a professional.
