Sick! What could be wrong?!

Question: Sick! What could be wrong?
Yesterday it seemed to be the worst of it, I was dizzy and lightheaded, nauseous and today I woke up with a very dry mouth, a painful dry cough, and my eyes are sore when i move them up down and side to side.

I have bad allergies as it is, but they seem to be worse now.

I dont have insurance so a trip to the doctor is out of the question until pay day, because i just simply dont have the money for it right now.

Any tips on what I can do to get over this ?

Ahhhh, I think it's just the season for all of this. :(

Well, I would suggest getting some Advil. It isn't very pricey, and it's quite effective..at least I find it effective. :P
It costs under $6 (or under 3 British Pounds). I'm guessing you've already seen this medication though, so I'm sorry if what I'm saying sounds useless.

You could also try some soup. Try to have stuff that aren't diuretic. An antioxidant such as green tea is also efficient. Take a lot of rest, and a not too hot not too cold shower.

For some natural remedies on fixing your sore throat, I would suggest some lemon and honey mixed with water. Honey actually has a lot of healing qualities, plus it gives you energy because it takes only 7 minutes to diffuse into your blood. As for your eyes, try to rest them. Don't look at bright light, and maybe put something soothing like tea bags soaked in water or cucumber pads over them.

Lastly, try to go to a pharmacy or a drug store. Ask them if there is any medication they can give you that doesn't need a prescription. Most pharmacists have been to med school, so they can easily give you something very effective. They obviously won't charge you for their recommendation..you're essentially saving yourself a trip to the doctor! Try to stick to medication that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. Sometimes, medication that doesn't cost very much tends to be the most effective, such as Advil or Paracetemol, or even Strepsils.

Just try to rest and get some medication yourself. If all else fails, then try waiting till pay day, and get yourself to a doctor. Also, try getting insurance as soon as you feel better. :)

Good luck and get well soon! <3
