Ok almost every adult i no says im very pretty and im not just saying that but theres 1 problem i have had acne since 4 grade and im tierd of it i have tried a lot of things and nothing has worked so doese anybody no any kind of product i should put on my skin that will work

The only thing that will work for you at this point is going to the dr.
I finally went and it was the only thing that actually helped.
Make sure you go to a dermatologist though, they are specialists in the field.
