Is HPV deadly? And is there any point in getting the vaccine if I'm already gotten 2 colposcopy biopsies?
and scheduled for a Cryotherapy?

Sounds like you already are infected with the HPV virus. The vaccine is intended for girls prior to sexual intercourse to protect against getting the virus. Once you get the virus there is little point in getting the vaccine, it would make as much sense as deciding to get a polio vaccine after you were diagnosed with polio.
Its too late.
Ask your doctor if you've been infected with it based on the biopsies you've already had. If he/she says yes then don't waste your time with the vaccine. If the don't know or don't think so then sure get vaccinated it couldn't hurt you, just accept that it may be too late for it to do any good.
