How long will it take for one-two shots a day to kill your liver?!

One or two shots every day is considered safe. Anything more than that is risky.

The liver can regenerate, so even if you damage it, this can often be reversed after you stop drinking.

Sometimes the damage is so bad that you cannot reverse it. However, it takes many years of heavy drinking to get that bad.

Liver damage can be detected with blood tests. If you do regular preventive check-ups, you will be able to discover any liver problems before it's too late.

he SHOULDNT BE drinking at all underage. if i were you, id find out who the hell is buying it for him and turn them in to the police. look, if your really worried about him, then turn in whoever is supplying it to him. Also, it will take a WHILE for him to kill his liver. and if hes taking one or two shots a day?? thats nothing!!! Theres a possibility that hes only getting a buzz from it now because hes so young and new to drinking. you need to put a stop to this this is bullcrap. He has NO business drinking, but since hes acting like he is an adult, he needs to face the consequences like one!!!

I saw on the Doctors show last week in which they said one glass of wine is OK for women and 2 glasses for men, but nothing more than that daily.
