First aid for stab wounds are always to control the external blood flow first, while waiting for transport to an er facility utilizing emt asap. One there, determination can be made by the er staff as to what major organs are involved. If the instrument of stabbing is still in place, leave it, until the emt personnel arrive, do not try to move the person, other than simple repositioning to gain access to the wound area to control hemorrhage by placing direct pressure around the wound.
Obviously these wounds are seriously life threatening, and you will need emt help immediately if the victim is to survive.
